1. Digital Products
Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
- Download link sent to your registered email
- Access available in your account dashboard
- Delivery time: Within 5 minutes of payment confirmation
- No shipping charges apply
2. Physical Products - Domestic Shipping (Tanzania)
Dar es Salaam Region
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Cost: TZS 5,000 - 10,000
- Free shipping on orders over TZS 100,000
Other Regions
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Shipping Cost: TZS 10,000 - 25,000 (depending on location)
- Remote areas may require additional time
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays):
- Orders placed before 2 PM: Processed same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM: Processed next business day
- Weekend orders: Processed on Monday
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email
- Track your order in your account dashboard
- SMS updates for delivery status

6. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery:

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- We'll contact you to reschedule
- Package held for 7 days at local depot
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Refund issued minus shipping costs
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of damage
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
- All shipments are insured
